The Autumn conference of the British Geriatric Society covers topics in elderly care, elderly medicine, rehabilitation and more.
Severn Physiotherapy were invited to deliver a short presentation about our service and how we can support the NHS to deliver better community rehabilitation for older people in their own homes — keeping people mobile, confident and out of hospital wherever possible.
Thank you to the BGS for the invitation and for the chance to connect with geriatricians, therapists and researchers working to improve outcomes for older adults.
