Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes unexpected events happen and we therefore try our best to be flexible around your needs. However, in trying to balance your needs against the availability of our therapists, the following policies are in place:

• More than 24 hours' notice: no charge.
• Less than 24 hours' notice: you will still be charged for your treatment. However, if we are able to fill your appointment slot there will be no charge.
• Not available when we visit, or do not attend a treatment session: you will be charged for your treatment.
