How we can help

Falls and reduced mobility can affect every part of daily life. Our therapists work with you in your own home to rebuild strength, balance and the confidence to keep moving.

We use evidence-based assessments to understand why you are falling or feeling unsteady. We then build a personalised programme — combining strength and balance exercises, walking practice, equipment advice and home safety checks — to help you feel safe and capable again.

Staying independent and mobile for longer

Common conditions like osteoporosis, sarcopenia and arthritis often travel together as we age. Knowing the right exercise, equipment and safe home set-up can make a profound difference to disease progression and reducing risk of falls. Our goal is simple: help you stay active, confident and independent at home for as long as possible, and reduce the chance of a fall or fracture changing that.

What to expect from us

  1. 1A friendly chat about your history and goals.
  2. 2Assessment of strength, balance and how you move around your home.
  3. 3A clear plan with exercises, equipment recommendations and home safety advice.
  4. 4Follow-up visits if you would like them to progress your programme as you improve.

My father, 91, was suffering very frequent falls and his health was deteriorating. Skye from Severn Physio has been amazing — with the support of carers he rarely falls now, he is doing more and has gained quality time. Amazing value.
