How we can help

Occupational therapy is about doing the things that matter to you — safely, comfortably and as independently as possible.

We assess how you manage daily tasks, recommend equipment and adaptations, and provide hands-on guidance. We often work alongside our physios for a fully joined-up approach.

What to expect from us

  1. 1Discussion about what is hard and what you want to be able to do.
  2. 2Practical assessment in the rooms you use.
  3. 3Equipment, adaptation and technique recommendations.
  4. 4Follow-up support to make sure changes work for you.
